Career Paths
At Stratecent Consulting we have two major categories of roles, Consulting Roles and Non Consulting Roles. We help our team choose the career path best suited to their education, experience and motivation.

Consulting Roles
Consulting roles include general and practice-based consulting positions, as well as subject matter expert positions. This includes sales consultants, strategy consultants, human capital consultants, research analysts, knowledge consultants and instructional designers.
Non Consulting Roles
Non Consulting Roles include key drivers for our business. This includes Graphic Artists, Graphic Designers, Animators, Software Programmers, Web Designers, and Human Resources Professionals.
Career Progression
Jr. Consultant
Jr. Consultants typically join directly after completing a graduate or post graduate degree. At Stratecent, Jr. Consultants are not behind the scenes analysts; you will be an integral part of core business activities and will have responsibility for well defined objectives. With the guidance of Associates, you will learn to lead teams, apply structured methods to solve problems, and further develop your communication ability. You will rely on your interpersonal skills to interact with team members and together get great results. Within your first 6 months you will have undergone key training and intensive on the job coaching to help you succeed and advance in your career.
Consultant
As a Consultant you will have responsibility for specific project deliverables. You will increase your understanding of how to drive sustainable change. Consultants have a track record of achieving significant results and have a major impact on the success of your overall projects.
Associate
As you progress to the role of Associate, your role in projects assigned to you, will become larger and more complex. A Principal or Partner will help you set the direction and strategy for the engagement, but you will be responsible for the execution. Consultants will be working full time on your team, and you will have the responsibility of ensuring that they are successful in project implementation and are being developed to their full potential.
Principal
By this stage of your career you will have developed an extensive network of people (clients, colleagues, alumni) who value the thought leadership you can provide. These relationships will form the basis of your client work and you will be a significant contributor to the growth of Stratecent. You will guide project teams to deliver exceptional results for the client and your engagements will have migrated from tactical opportunities to more strategic long term issues. You will play an extensive role in all areas of business development.
Partner
The Partners are responsible for taking forward all aspects of the business and remain at the forefront of our client work. You will have an extensive network of people that look to you for help and will be accountable for a significant proportion of revenue generation. You will have a track record of helping business leaders transform their organizations. The Partners form the strategic direction and future of the firm and their thought leadership extends to broader worldwide business.
